Gargi Arora: I am Gargi Arora. Why therapy or a therapist? I love connecting to people. My visions of my self as a child was about helping people.I am a compulsive empath. My own life experiences have fostered compassion for pain. We all go through fears and through my therapies like tarot card reading ,reiki healing and cognitive behavioural therapy I support people in thinking realistic of and for themselves. Raman Maharishi ,Osho ,Swami Vivekanand ,Swami Ramkrishna ,Sharjah Maa are some of the spiritual saints I have drawn inspiration from. Self work is the only therapy that works in making us understand who we are. Intellectuality and spirituality go hand in hand. There is so much in there as there is out here. Abuse, loneliness, pain, anxiety etc and whole range of human experiences are a matter of constant awareness, acceptance and action. I allow myself to change my thoughts, experiences, beliefs only if I am willing to work on them. Self love is Rumi love. As I go and I flow there is so much more yet to be.
