It is about the power that lives inside us and not that lies inside us. Chanting or praying is not about parroting ....it is about the heart,the connect , the soul ...the energy that we feel in prayers.The power lies in the process itself.

We all pray and we all don't!
If there is something that makes us pray there is something that stops us  from praying .
