Just love !!

I was making a list of things that I don’t have to do for today.Saying “no” has started finding more meaning in my life than saying yes.For today I wanted to avoid ‘being curious’.

The first thing on my list is I am going to avoid reading the news and second on the list was listening to the news. It will not be out of place here to mention that sometimes news create more panic than peace. The third thing I put on the list is saying no  the what’s app texts, sending and receiving. Sometimes it is “just”a feeling we have, that we are going to miss some important communication.The fact is what is important for us finds its and comes to us. 

There is no rat race even if the lock is down or up.The best thing about the rats is they remain rats till the end. 

The mind is a very powerful tool, if we know how to manage. An ideal mind is a devils workshop as some believe in it.Let us change our cognitions.An ideal mind is a workshop for “self- reflection,self-love’Believe in it and it will believe in you. 

 All for self love. Good to stay off for a while.Let’s reflect on what not to do. Doing nothing is powerful too.
