A wish, a blessing which comes straight from the heart.I use this blessing quite often as a means to thank anyone and everyone. 

   Gratitude has different ways of attracting abundance to our lives.Mostly while buying groceries,cycling,walking etc anyone crossing my path,walking ahead of me,behind me or besides me ......the energy I give to them is ❤GOD BLESS YOU ❤and for sure from the heart ❣.

This is my way of invoking god’s blessings for myself and the other person. 

The moment I feel angry or irritated with someone I start saying God Bless You for that person.The practice makes me compassionate for the person and helps me check my level of anger and irritation. 

A dear friend with whom I have Breathing Practice session everyday, invokes in me the power of gratitude with the loving energy with which she says “God bless you Gargi”,at the end of the session.This blessing is from her heart to mine.Such is the power of god’s love and vibrations. 

How do you feel when you say God bless you for yourself.

For me it is sacred.
