The most beautiful experience that I have within myself is “Just observing”my breath.Breathing practice that has its own charming addiction.
To ensure balance in my breathing practice,I start by taking baby steps. I observe my breath for 21 seconds. Pause.Then again observing the breath for 21 seconds and a pause for 3 seconds.Pause is powerful. This is the time when a lot happens.Now what is this lot? Only what you experience is real.For me Pause is the time of total stillness of my mind and my body.No observation,no thoughts,no fights and no flights.Just me and my breath.

As I sit down for my breathing practice,I ensure my self that I don’t over work on myself and start feeling lost.Of course I have done it at times.Now I am mindful of my baby steps.
I was sitting for my practice yesterday but nothing happened.Savleen,a young entrepreneur said.Well,at times nothing is supposed to happen.We are too used to something happening all the time.Just practice.

The cycle of 21:3 goes on any day,any time and at any place.Initially bit of mindful effort,then it becomes effortless.Yes my breathing says a lot to me in the form of messages I receive.His grace.All for the love of self work.
