Life lesson massi...that is one of the title I am dis- honored with...thanks  to my little monster....Arshay.

Stories,messages,talks,motivational videos,quotes ,books are just the tools which at one point or the other act as coping strategy when we are at cross roads of emotions and feelings.

The real life lessons or messages come when we sit in silence and reflect. It is important to unwelcome certain thoughts.

What have you been upto? I texted Munish. Hmmmm mind totally jinxed ...she's not responding to my messages. Imtehan ho gayi....intezar ki.....I tried to tease him. Can you shut up...he texted. Normally I don't I wrote back.

I am thinking too much Munish wrote later.Self talk if it remains unchecked is the easiest way of catastrophising thoughts. 

Just get out of your own way , I texted him. Let go and see what remains. Again....silence .....sacred pause.

The reply to the message is still awaited but the mind is under control,he texted after an hour.
Jug jug jiyo....I said . Let go and see what remains, I texted again to reinforce.

Keep me updated I wrote. The best part of any friendship is the care...that we can give and receive. 

You didn't need faith to fly,you needed to understand flying. The line from Jonathan Sea Gull by Richard Bach is inspiring.Right understanding is the key.

The more Jonathan practiced his kindness lessons , and the more he worked to know the nature of love , the more he wanted to go back to earth.For inspire  of his lonely past , Jonathan sea gull was born to be a  instructor, and his own way of demonstrating love was to give something of the truth that he has seen to a gull who asked only a chance to see truth for himself.
