Farewell to the gallbladder!

 Farewell  letter to my  gallbladder expressing my journey with it..

Dear Gallbladder 

 Bye...Bye!!!... is  never easy,but few things better sent off sooner than later.My  doctor has served an eviction notice for you。

Gallbladder you have been a part of my life all these years.But about 15 years back,I felt a change in your behavior.You started throwing the tantrums and stones happened.I wasn't ready to send you off and healed the stones through Reiki healing.Faith heals.

For about fifteen years with same discomfort in digesting heavy foods you continued to be a part of my body.Some days you would make that digestion little hard for me and eventually i learnt to discipline my meals.It was frustrating at times to deal with bloating,acidity ....yet the journey continued。

Gallbladder,finally I am ready to let you go off with  all my  gratitude. You have definitely been there healthy and functioning.The lesson I learnt through you was disciplining my meals and that worked wonders。The meals are always in time,mostly Sattvick...but  munching is excused .

Bye Gallbladder and I hope even when you are out of my body you find a good place to be disposed off and also hope all these people with gallstones are able to reflect on the lesson that you mean to teach to them.
