Break the routine.

 Listen to your body.


Discipline, routines etc we all have been conditioned to follow .

As I set myself to do my morning yoga practice for my body,I have also started this practice of listening to my body.

That sets the tone for me as to how far I have to go with my yoga routine.Breaking the routine is as energising as following the routine. 

    Why would you want to break a pattern or routine? ♥️God Bless You ♥️
