Breath work,I can .

The morning breath work,I always feel reflects the lord's special grace.The more I do it,the more I fall in love with the energy WITHIN me.
Swami Vivekanand says,Intellect and Spirituality go hand in hand.As I was reflecting on the power we human beings have,the one beautifully inspiring word that came to my mind was,I CAN.
The spirit in me said to me that yes,I can look after myself,laugh at my maddness,chill with a friend,write,do my breath work,resolve a conflict, communicate clearly....and practice gratitude only if I want to.
As i always say and write, nothing ever without his grace.
