The Garlic Writer.

Nothing can match the excitement of  Hot- fuddggee ice cream of Nirula"s and "The Hot Fudge' comedy series....that too at mid of the night and that too sitting in your favorite room ..The guest room of your most annoying cousin kanupp in Delhi.The guest and the host both the sides know that guests are temporary so the tolerance is by default easy.The clutter by the guest in the room continues and the host knows we would want her back so they choose not to say anything to the guest and indulge in chanting for themselves....all is well....all is welll ....allll is welllll.....alllll is wellll......welll welll well!!!! Aaaaooooch.....the 🤕 sneeze.

     The show must go on.I text my all time 24 ×7 Host ..Anju ....please make idlis for me tomorrow.In my next text I delete the word Please. That makes the idlis spicy without gun powder.

Towards the evening the next day as I was enjoying the two C's close to my heart...Chanting and cooking while mixing the ingredients for my all time favorite 'aloo gobhi' I was reminded of one of the quotes by Thomas Keller

You are the cook ,must bring soul to the recipe.

And what is it that brings soul to Chanting ....focus amd love for the God!!!
