Intellect and spirituallity.

It is vrindavan. 3.45 am. Waking up to the sound of the mahamantra...^Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare rama Hare rama rama rama Hare hare".
         Listening is an intense experience. The focus is on every  word...after all ever word has an  energy.
You want to sleep a little more ...but  then if you sleep ...you sleep.! Some discipline....some goal and some balance..that is what wakes you up.and makes you up.
Listening to the  body or listening to the mind...we.always have a choice...I was reflecting on this line and  suddenly I heard my  neighbor playing mridang and that is in itself was so  blissful that I felt we always don't have a choice.
....As I was walking down the street of gaushala in vrindavan...I suddenly had this realization....Krishna is the super soul.There is a way to experience......cultivate love for Krishna consciousness it's a process.Hari bol.

Krishna starts His message of love by enlightening Arjuna: “We are all souls, spiritual beings (Gita 2.13), entitled to rejoice in eternal love with the supremely lovable and loving God, Krishna.” When our loving nature is contaminated by selfishness, we start loving things more than persons, especially the Supreme Person. This misdirected love forges our misidentification with our temporary bodily coverings and impels us to exploit others for our self-centered desires.



  Chant ..chant ...do kirtans....read...every step counts.
All this only for Krishna prem...love for Krishna.
      The best way to know Krishna.....Vrindavan  is to have the adventurous spirit. ....explore....walk around...meet genuine devotees.

      The emotional and physical side of us is important to deal with too..unresolved anger ...resentment....some back ache always don't need lot of focus but denial too can push you to a wrong spot.The Bhagavad Gita (VI. 5) tells us that a person's "own self, endowed with discriminative knowledge, is the only friend.Psychological problems need Psychological understanding. 

Intellect and spiritually go hand in hand.
