Speech of silence
Something is magical about both, speech and silence.
I talk when I want to and go into silence .At times it is a matter of convenience and avoidance too.
As I start usinng my tattling tounge, the range of conversations can be anything from the latest nail paint, the next coffee meet ,the good looking man in the Cafe, my obsession with stationary ,fondness for body baths, the energy of visiting the plants nurseries, cycling....the long loops, Osho's sex to subconsciousness, tje graceful woman in the grocery store ,the salt pepper hair ,tea addiction,my paradoxes, the triggers for irritation, forwarded -annoying text messages on whatsapp, researching on a topic ,wearing 72 bangles, the gypsy soul, Facebook and Instagram and last but not the least the joy of doing things and also doing nothing. This is pleasure of speech.
Silence has its own magic.. again a matter of convenience!
The 'maun vrat" observing breath and silence which can be both assuming and unassuming.
The 'aha' moment..say and stop, stop and say!
Silence ...within!.
