Tea and gratitude.

 Breathing in there is a way and breathing out there is the way. 

As I took the first sip  of my morning  ginger,honey and cinnamon tea i asked myself what thought would I like to spend rest of my day with?.

     Gratitude said my inner voice. The way in is gratitude and the way out is gratitude .

One step towards peace.
